The Xbox Series S toaster is finally here
Nearly a year after alleged images first appeared, the officially licensed Xbox Series S toaster has been confirmed.
As spotted by retailer sleuth Wario64, the Xbox Series S 2 Slice Toaster is now available to purchase in the US via Walmart, with a retail price of $39.99.
“Achievement Unlocked: Optimal Carb Experience,” reads the device’s manufacturer description. “This appliance will take your kitchen countertop to the next level. The shade selector dial lets you toast your bread, English muffins, frozen waffles, and bagels exactly how you like them every time, anywhere from lightly toasted to dark.”
The Series S toaster features a bagel Function, digital countdown timer, 6 Shade Settings and perhaps most compelling for fans, it imprints the Xbox sphere logo on your bread while it’s heating it.
The Series S toaster is allegedly part of a new wave of licensed Xbox gear, including Xbox Ramen Bowls, RGB mouse pads, storage boxes, pen holders and more.
The Series S Toaster will follow up 2021’s Xbox Series X Fridge, which is still available at retailers for around $80 / £70.
Created in partnership with Ukonic, the Xbox mini fridge holds up to 12 cans of drink. It also includes a USB port for charging devices and comes with a DC power adapter so that it can function on the go.
The Xbox Series consoles price was recently cut to a record low. At the time of publishing, Amazon UK is selling Xbox Series X for £359.99 (£479.99 ERP) – which is nearly the cheapest we’ve seen the console being sold by a major retailer since Microsoft launched it in November 2020.
The Xbox Series X price was slashed to a record low of $349 in the US by Walmart in early December. At the time, it was offering the console with or without Diablo 4 for $349.
