The original Monster Hunter Stories is coming to Switch, PS4 and PC

The original Monster Hunter Stories has been announced for Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PC.

Originally released in 2016 for 3DS, this enhanced version of the RPG features HD visuals and new voice overs.

Set for release this summer, it will also let players browse artwork and listen to music in a new museum section.

As a rider, the game sees players befriend and fight alongside monsters in turn-based combat to confront a black blight that plagues the world.

A sequel, Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, was released for Switch and PC in July 2021.
