Suicide Squad tops the UK physical charts this week

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is the number one best-selling physical game in this week’s UK chart.

According to GamesIndustry.biz’s Christopher Dring, the game took the number 1 spot this week agead of Persona 3 Reload.

Dring also points out that Suicide Squad sold fewer physical games at launch in the UK than Tekken 8 did, but sold more than The Last of Us 2 Remastered.

It should, of course, be noted that The Last of Us 2 Remastered offered a £10 upgrade for owners of the PS4 version, which would have had a clear impact on physical sales.

According to Dring’s stats, Suicide Squad’s physical UK launch is about half of what the Guardians of the Galaxy game sold in its first week in the country.
