Star Wars Outlaws Preorders – Price Of Each Edition, Retailer-Exclusive Bonuses, Early Access, And More

Star Wars Outlaws releases in less than a week on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The open-world Star Wars adventure is priced at $70 for the standard edition, $110 for the Gold Edition, and $130 for the digital-only Ultimate Edition. The standard edition launches August 30, while the Gold and Ultimate versions offer early access starting August 27. Ubisoft+ Premium subscribers ($18/month) can also play Outlaws three days early while getting all of the goodies from the Ultimate Edition. If you haven’t preordered Star Wars Outlaws yet, you have several options for physical editions, each of which come with retailer-exclusive perks. All versions of Star Wars Outlaws come with the Kessel Runner DLC pack, which includes the Trailblazer Spaceship Cosmetic and Speeder Cosmetic Pack. But four different major retailers have unique preorder bonuses.

Preordering the standard or Gold physical editions at Target will also get you an exclusive steelbook case featuring unique cover art as a free bonus. At Best Buy, preordering either edition of Outlaws comes with a $10 digital gift card. And as mentioned above, Amazon and GameStop each are offering in-game bonuses–these bonuses can also be found in the Ultimate Edition.

Additionally, Star Wars Outlaws Gold and Ultimate include three-day early to the game access starting August 27. You can also sign up for Ubisoft Premium ($18/month) to get access to the Ultimate Edition on PC at no additional charge starting August 27.

The Star Wars Outlaws Limited Edition is exclusive to Amazon. It costs the same as the base game, but it comes with the Rogue Infiltrator Character Pack–extra in-game cosmetics for Nix and Kay–as well as the Kessel Runner pack preorder bonus. Star Wars Outlaws Limited Edition is available to preorder for PS5 and Xbox Series X. The Gold Edition at Amazon does not come with the Limited Edition’s extra bonuses.

Best Buy is giving away free $10 promotional gift cards that can be used toward your next purchase. Your electronic gift card will be delivered to your email address after your online order is delivered or after you pick up Star Wars Outlaws at your local store. You can only get the $10 gift card if you purchase a copy of Outlaws before launch day.

The Star Wars Outlaws Special Edition is a GameStop-exclusive version of the game that includes the base game on either PS5 or Xbox Series X, the Kessel Runner pack preorder bonus, and the Sabacc Shark Character Pack, which includes extra in-game cosmetic items for Kay and Nix, and a special blaster skin.

The $110 Star Wars Outlaws Gold Edition bundles the base game and the Star Wars Outlaws Season Pass. You also get three days early access starting August 27, an exclusive mission on launch day titled Jabba’s Gambit, the Kessel Runner Character Pack with cosmetics for Kay and Nix, and the Kessel Runner Bonus Pack. PS5 and Xbox Series X copies preordered from Target include the exclusive steelbook case. If you’d rather have 10 bucks than a steelbook, as mentioned, Best Buy is throwing in a $10 gift card with Outlaws Gold Edition preorders.

As a reminder, Ubisoft+ Premium subscribers will be able to play Star Wars Outlaws on August 27, too.

The Star Wars Outlaws Ultimate Edition is a digital-only version of the game that includes all the digital content from the previous versions, including the base game, season pass, preorder bonus, and three days early access starting August 27.

It also comes with an exclusive digital art book, the Rogue Infiltrator Bundle, and Sabacc Shark Bundle. These two bundles contain the aforementioned character and weapon cosmetics from Amazon’s Limited Edition and GameStop’s Special Edition as well as additional skins for the Speeder and Trailblazer Spaceship.

PC players can sign up for Ubisoft+ Premium ($18/month) to access the Star Wars Outlaws Ultimate edition starting August 27 at no additional cost. You can also preorder this version on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and on PC through Steam or Ubisoft’s online store.

Developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft, Star Wars Outlaws is set between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Rather than retread the events of the Galactic Civil War or expand the Jedi mythos, the game instead follows an all-new character, Kay Vess, and her droid companion Nix, as they attempt a giant heist against the galaxy’s crime syndicates.
