PS5’s DualSense Edge and Pulse accessories are reportedly coming in black

Sony is reportedly preparing to launch a number of PS5 accessories in black.

These include the DualSense Edge controller, Pulse Elite wireless headphones and Pulse Explore wireless earbuds.

Writing on Deallabs, highly reliable dataminer billbil-kun said they expect the black PS5 accessories to be announced before Christmas.

To date, these accessories have only been available in white, excluding the limited edition 30th anniversary DualSense Edge controller.

Like the white versions, the black ones will reportedly be priced as follows:

• DualSense Edge Wireless Controller – Black: $199.99 / £209.99 / €239.99
• Pulse Elite Wireless Headphones – Black: $149.99 / £129.99 / €149.99
• Pulse Explore Wireless Earbuds – Black: $199.99 / GBP 199.99 / €219.99

Sony recently launched PlayStation’s Black Friday 2024 deals. Running until December 2, they include savings on hardware, games and subscriptions across PlayStation Store, PlayStation Direct, PlayStation Gear and participating retailers.

Offers include $75/£65 off PS5 consoles, up to $250/£220 off PlayStation VR2 bundles, and up to 30% off PlayStation Plus subscriptions.

Sony is developing a new portable console capable of playing PS5 games, it’s claimed. Bloomberg reported on Monday that the company was in the “early stages” of creating the device, which is still years away from a potential release.

“The product is aimed at expanding Sony’s reach and contending with Nintendo for the portable gaming market, according to people familiar with its development,” the publication wrote.
