Announcing the presentation, Sony said it will “focus on PS5 and innovations in gaming technology”.
Starting on September 10 at 8am PT / 11am ET / 4pm BST, the stream will be broadcast in English on the PlayStation YouTube channel and run for nine minutes.
According to a leak which may now have been confirmed by Sony, PS5 Pro’s design will be similar to the PS5 Slim. The main difference is expected to be the addition of three black stripes across the middle of the system, differentiating it from the most recent console model.
Sony seemingly raised the price of PS5’s DualSense controller over the weekend. Multiple US retailers increased the price of the peripheral on Sunday, from $70 to $75, including Best Buy, Target, and PlayStation’s own Direct store.
