Official Xbox 360 Replica Building Set Is 50% Off For Black Friday
Target’s Black Friday Sale includes the best discount yet on its exclusive Mega Showcase Xbox 360 Collector Building Set. The 1,342-piece Mega Bloks kit normally costs $150, but you can get it for $75 during the sale (50% off).
This charming ode to the Xbox 360 has only been discounted a couple times since its launch last year. The previous low price of $100 was offered in early October for Target Circle Week, offered in early October for Target Circle Week. If you’re interested in picking up this deal, you probably don’t want to wait too long. At this low of a price, there’s a good chance it’ll sell out before Target’s Black Friday Sale ends this Saturday, November 30.
$75 (was $150)
The 1,342-piece building set is officially licensed by Microsoft and recommended for experienced Mega (or Lego) builders. It builds a 3:4-scale replica of the console. Specifically, the launch edition of the 360 debuted in 2005. The console comes packaged in an authentic replica of the console’s original box.
Along with the console itself, you’ll build a detachable hard drive, Xbox 360 controller, and Halo 3 game box. You can actually place the fake Halo 3 disc on the disc reader by popping off the side panel. With the disc loaded, the Cortana chip on the motherboard lights up. The Xbox Guide button also illuminates with a removable battery pack.
The power button on the front of the console lights up as well, but thankfully you don’t have to worry about seeing the infamous Red Ring of Death.

You can also save on Mega Blok sets that focus entirely on the Halo franchise. Amazon’s Black Friday sale includes a handful of cool Halo kits for steeply discounted prices. One of the standouts is the 609-piece Guilty Spark display model. This replica is equipped with LED lights and even has a speaker that repeats 15 different phrases from the games.
A pair of building sets based on Halo Infinite have received huge discounts, including the 2,041-piece UNSC Elephant Sandnest Tank. Two sets based on the Paramount+ TV show are on sale as well: a Banshee for $13 and a Warthog for $30.
Speaking of the Halo TV series, which was sadly canceled earlier this year after two seasons, the physical editions of Seasons 1 and 2 are featured in Amazon’s big Blu-ray sale for Black Friday:
