Lord Of The Rings 4K Blu-Ray Collection Is 33% Off For Amazon Prime Day
The Lord of the Rings 4K Blu-ray collection is on sale for only $60 at Amazon during Prime Day 2024, but you’re running out of time to take advantage of this deal. Prime Day ends tonight at 12 AM PT / 3 AM ET. This is just one of the lingering Lord of the Rings deals at Amazon. It is worth noting, however, that the steelbook collector’s edition of LOTR will be re-released in August. It is significantly more expensive, though. At the moment, you can preorder the LOTR 4K collector’s edition for $153 (was $170) at Amazon.
$60 (was $90)
This collection includes both theatrical and extended cuts of The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers, and The Return of the King. Best of all, this collection features the reconfigured 4K UHD versions of the films, allowing you to experience the journey through Middle-earth with crisp, vibrant images.
In addition to 4K Blu-ray discs, the box set comes with digital versions of each film. You can also get The Hobbit Trilogy on 4K Blu-ray for $58 (was $90).
If you’ve only seen the original theatrical releases, the extended cuts alone are worth the price of admission. These versions add around two hours of extra footage across the trilogy, giving you plenty of new scenes to explore.
To complete your Middle-earth collection, consider picking up The Hobbit Trilogy 4K UHD Collection. Like the LOTR collection, this one is usually listed for $90 but is on sale for just $58. It too includes both theatrical and extended cuts of the three films (An Unexpected Journey, The Desolation of Smaug, and The Battle of the Five Armies), making it the ideal way to round out your Middle-earth library.
Prefer to dive into a book? Here are some great LOTR book box set deals as well as big savings on the hardcover illustrated editions of Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, and The Silmarillion, each of which is stunning and includes drawings by J.R.R. Tolkien.
