Halo Season 2 Trailer Wages War Against The Covenant

Based on the iconic video game franchise, Season 2 of the Paramount+ series, Halo is locked and ready to unload on February 8. Actor Pablo Schreiber’s Master Chief John-117 leads his elite team of Spartans against the alien threat of the Covenant Empire. Paramount released the first trailer, and it’s a lot to unpack in the two and a half minutes.

This is the first footage shown outside of last month’s CCXP in Brazil and shows Master Chief up against tumultuous odds–nothing he hasn’t been through before. Check out the new footage below.

Season 2 will also bring new blood to the cast with Joseph Morgan as James Ackerson. Ackerson is a colonel in the UNSC Army that fans might know from the Halo novels.
