April’s PlayStation Plus Essential games are now available to claim


Sony has released April’s first wave of PlayStation Plus games.

April’s PlayStation Plus Essential games are Immortals of Aveum (PS5), Minecraft Legends (PS4, PS5) and Skul: The Hero Slayer (PS4).

PlayStation Plus members can add these titles to their game library until May 6.

The Overwatch 2 Mega Bundle is also now free for PlayStation Plus members to claim for a limited time. It includes the following items:

  • Art Deco Symmetra Legendary Skin
  • Runner Sojourn Epic Skin
  • Punker Queen Junker Queen Epic Skin
  • Construction Ramattra Epic Skin
  • Matsuri Kiriko Epic Skin

  • Amethyst Illari Epic Skin
  • Rugby Mauga Epic Skin
  • 5x Battle Pass Tier Skips

Essential is the entry-level PlayStation Plus membership tier, which offers subscribers access to a few ‘free’ games every month.

The service’s more expensive Extra and Premium tiers offer subscribers access to the Game Catalogue, a library of up to 400 downloadable PS4 and PS5 games, as well as Ubisoft+ Classics, a curated selection of titles from the Assassin’s Creed publisher.

Features reserved for Premium subscribers include game trials, cloud streaming, and access to the Classics Catalogue, which includes hundreds of games from the original PlayStation, PS2, PS3 and PSP.

April’s PlayStation Plus Essential games are now available to claim

Earlier today, it was confirmed that Dave the Diver will be coming to PS5 and PS4 this month, and will be added to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalogue on the same day.

It was also announced that Tales of Kenzera: Zau is coming to PlayStation Plus Game Catalogue on the day of its release this month.
